Born out of a collaboration between several Italian universities within the ASDUNI network, the PhD programme in Leadership, Empowerment and Digital Innovation in Education and Learning (LEDIEL) aims to address the contemporary challenges facing higher education and vocational training. This programme focuses on innovation and professional development, following the well-established pedagogical and cultural model of Faculty Development, which is widely applied in international higher education contexts.
