In accordance with the instructions from the Directorate for Research, Third Mission and Internationalisation, it is necessary to carry out a series of procedures relating to the reporting of PNRR grants.
The required documentation involves completing a monthly timesheet detailing activities (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), to be submitted by the end of each month. Please note that, subject to the annual limit of 1,500 hours, the number of hours to be reported each month must be 125 from the start of the activities, as determined by the teaching staff.
Within their profile on the ‘dottorati-pnrr’ platform, for each semester successfully completed (including on a non-continuous basis where the PhD student has taken periods of leave), the PhD student must complete the Periodic Summary Report, indicating the time spent on the programme, together with a brief summary of the main activities carried out. The report, which has been validated in advance by the Programme Coordinator and verified by the Implementing Body through self-assessment, serves as the documentation for calculating the recognition of costs incurred during the relevant semester.
